Designed with families in mind, the home boasts spacious living areas, a dedicated playroom, and 3.5 bathrooms. The lovely garden provides a peaceful outdoor retreat, ideal for relaxation. This delightful property offers the perfect blend of convenience and serenity for your next getaway!

This family-friendly house offers ample space and a layout designed for comfort and convenience. Here's a detailed description:
Ground Floor:
First Bedroom: A spacious room featuring a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort.
Kitchen and Living Area: Open-plan layout, ideal for family gatherings and socializing. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, while the living area offers cozy seating and entertainment options.
Games Room: Connected to the living and dining areas via sliding glass doors, providing additional space for recreation and leisure activities. From here, you'll also have access to the backyard with a stunning view of the sea.
Half Bathroom: Conveniently located on the ground floor for guests' use.
First Floor:
Bedroom 2: A generously sized bedroom with a king-sized bed, offering comfort and relaxation.
Bedroom 3: Another spacious bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom, providing added convenience.
