“Stair Warning! Salt Harbour Cottage is absolutely charming. We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed, and beautiful too. My only complaint is the stairs. I wish I had read the reviews more carefully because there is not enough in the description about the stairs. From the parking down to the house are approximately 25 stairs. These are wide and well lit at night and totally fine for people with totally fine knees. For us, getting our luggage up and down them……

Grandma's House has been very thoughtfully kitted-out with all the comforts and amenities you'd forget to ask for but that make such a big difference when you're travelling. This was a working trip and we'd not been able to find a spot handier to our field site that could accommodate our team of three - this corner of the Island is a busy one vacation season! “Excellent in all aspects Except for faulty door lock which made entering painfully difficult each time we locked the door behind us and later in the day tried to re-enter. Best unit by far in which we have ever stayed and no doubt this serious flaw can be corrected.There was no landline and iphone was inoperative because of lack of wifi. Because wifi wouldn’t work AT ALL we had no way in contacting managers and sadly they made no attempt to contact us. Still I have no trouble in rating this an……
