“A massive thank you to Albert and his family for having us stay on their property this weekend. We were incredibly grateful for their extra efforts—fresh bread and homemade cakes to celebrate our anniversary were such a thoughtful touch. It was a joy to watch their daughter with her horses and to see the beautiful Highland cows. The tent was perfect upon arrival, and overall, we’d give Albert a 10/10 for his hospitality and care. “Host Donna is welcoming and friendly, answering my questions and leaving us a bottle of filtered water in the fridge, as it was a hot day when we arrived.The cottage grounds are gorgeous, flowers and trees making the rural feel oh so special. The beds are comfy, there is a kitchenette with enough appliances to keep oneself fed, plus a clean bathroom.Best of all - it's dog friendliness. Our dogs were comfortable and happy, which is the most important thing to us :)”

“I booked this property as it was in the area needed for our family function . I read the reviews prior and noticed recurring issues of maintenance and cleanliness . I only hoped that all prior issues had been addressed . No nothing had been attended to in the 3 year period. There were things listed that weren’t even in the property or were broken . All I can say is they made effort with some things but really lacked in others . It’s just disappointing as this property has a lot of potential to……
