“Connie was very responsive by email and her father Francis explained things when we checked in. Very nice.Francis had some water and food there to get us through our first night. Security staff was always friendly, but we always felt safe in the area of Birgu. The mattresses could be replaced, but that may just be us. I would stay here again. “Lovely clean apartment, well equiped for self catering. We did book breakfast but the buffet restaurant closed due to being out of season. However the staff brought breakfast to order every morning to our room, which was lovely. I asked for an extra blanket (before we worked the heating out) which was delivered promptly. Nothing was to much trouble. Bars and restaurants all close by. ”

“Daughter and stayed at Park Heights for 4 nights, we had a wonderful stay! A day before our arrival, I was contacted by the staff to guide me with the self check in, as we were arriving late. The communication was clear and everything went smoothly. The studio with kitchen was just perfect, super functional and clean. The design choices are modern with clean lines. The bed was huge and very comfortable! The kitchenette had everything we needed and nice Nespresso machine! Just in the corner from……

“Our stay at Ellul Living was wonderful. The unit we stayed in was recently refurbished with top of the line kitchen appliances, a very comfortable bed with a large television and a great bathroom with shower. “Valletta ist eine quirlige Stadt und Sally Port liegt mittendrin. Man kann alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Unser Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Wir hatten die Maisonettewohnung, voll ausgestattet mit Küche , Wohnbereich , Bad und Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang, dass heißt um die wirkliche wunderschöne Dachterasse mit Blick auf den Grand Harbour zu erreichen, muss man auf die Straße und den Haupteingang benutzen. “雖然美其名是家飯店，但是很多東西不到位。像是整個房間包含廁所都沒有垃圾桶與袋子可裝垃圾，隔天直接在滾筒廁紙上放了一個沒打開的塑膠袋給房客，就這樣! 我們房裡的廁所玻璃上，竟然還有橫著一條施工用的木條，還沒移除! 設計也很有問題，睡覺時Wi-Fi機的藍光強度讓人睡不著，起來上廁所，玻璃透出的廁所光也會把正在睡覺的人亮醒，實在沒考慮過睡覺時場景的設計。最扯的是，沒有被套，枕頭套，完全就是裸露的，很扯，讓人覺的不舒服，沒被尊重。更扯的是我隔天為櫃台經理說你們都不給被套還有枕頭套的嗎？她竟然說應該是房務忘了，她會跟下面說，就直接給我們check out……
