“Bez uprzedzeń i przeprosin zostaliśmy umieszczeni w innym apartamencie( którego nigdy byśmy nie wybrali- wystrój, urządzenie, wielkość). Miejsce okazało się dodatkowo brudne i nieprzyjemne. Zostaliśmy niemiło zaskoczeni smrodem(stęchła woda zalegająca w zepsutej pralce) Otzrmaliśmy informację, że wybrany przez nas apartament został zniszczony przez poprzednich gości i zmiana nastąpiła w ostatniej chwili.
