“Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. He showed us around the hut with all the facilities that were available. The hut had everything u could possible need. It was beautiful and relaxing and I cannot fault it at all. “Plenty of space for large number of occupants it sleeps, well equipped and spacious kitchen area allowing for big group catering. Clean and well maintained, private location with good parking. Very quiet location as no through road. Plenty of toilets/showers, good internet, multiple TVs etc.”

“Amazing cottage in centre of Hay on Wye, cosy and comfortable with everything needed for a restful and enjoyable break away form the hustle and bustle of normal life. There was not enough time to explore the area to the full and we are already planning on returning next year for longer stay.”
