Good location - Catholic Church down the block was great to attend mass - many restaurants and right off the interstate. Maintaining the hotel and repairing one of two elevators to have both working will be a challenge and need to improve ratings. Thanks for having breakfast.

Safe and quiet. Staff was super nice. Hotel needs updating. Didn’t have clean towels so had to find some from an empty room. Also toilet stopped up when got to room.

This is a very old Hampton Inn that has not been updated in looks like over 20+ years. Staff was very nice, but room was not the cleanest, hair in tub and sink and obviously taking advantage of people thinking they are staying at a Hampton Inn by naming the property Ham il ton Inn.

While the staff was nice, the property is in need of serious cleaning and repair - even on the rooms that were supposedly recently ‘renovated’. We had a hair drier almost cause a fire when turned on (serious smoke produced; was wondering if fire alarm would be triggered), a dead roach inside the iron (crawled inside the water tank and died), questionable brown water being the toilet (fecal matter or rusty water…???), the shower knob falling off when turned on, and the mattresses had stains. All of this was on top of no room service being provided and quite possibly the lowest possible quality for linens, bedding, and towels. Overall, a very underwhelming experience. Wouldn’t recommend or stayed if it wasn’t graduation weekend and other hotels were closer.

The hotel was not up to standards for guests to be staying there. Beds were horrible, only given two towels and two wash cloths with three people in the room. There was a line at the counter when we checked in asking for blankets and towels, there were none available. The breakfast the next morning should not be called a free breakfast. People kept asking to get a better toaster, toast kept burning, they were very limited on what they had, which either clean up the area and provide decent breakfast or don’t offer it. The air conditioner did not have a cover on it. The room was not comfortable to be in that night.

The room I start in was still under refurbishment. No lighting above the headboards, nor on the bedside tables. No electric outlets or USB ports for equipment, only the hole where the outlet would be installed. No cups for water in bathroom for personal hygiene purposes and the bathroom needed repairs.

Received a warm welcome from the front desk staff (Pamela W.), who provided excellent service. Felt great staying at this hotel for the first time. Clean, conveniently located, and definitely got more than what was paid for.
