family stayed here one night. we booked the room thru Expedia. upon check in, we informed we had our pet with us and stated that Expedia is reflecting a $50 pet fee.
after checking out, the hotel charged us $90 for the pet fee and they charged us AGAIN for the hotel room in spite of booking and paying thru Expedia.
now, one phone to Hilton corporate, one voicemail for the local hotel manager, and a phone chat with the local hotel sales director, I'm still waiting for them to adjust the pet fee and remove their incorrect redundant room billing.
wasted time for a one night stay at a hilton property. so disappointing. Fultondale Home 2 Suites, YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER.
