We absolutely LOVED this hotel. It was super clean. The staff was friendly and when I had questions they helped without sounding frustrated or annoyed. There are lots of places to eat within close driving distance and the area itself seemed safe. Their breakfast was pretty decent. I have had better but there was plenty of the regular hotel breakfast choices. They kept it stocked and the area was clean. My crew has already requested to stay here again next year when we return for an annual event.

Very nice stay. Excellent. One minor item--the TV in the room I stayed in (409) was very awkwardly placed--it couldn't be viewed from the bed or the couch. Not sure what the solution is, given the space--probably a wall-mounted tv that can swing out enough to be viewed in both directions--or at least from the bed. Many thanks for the hospitality.

We loved having a two bedroom suite, and we even brought along our Yorkie. It looked like there were a lot of renovations going on. It was very quiet, but the beds were not so comfy. Pillows felt like I wasn't even using one. I probably could have asked for a different type pillow, but I managed.

Not a great night sleep.

They were remodeling the hotel. There was no notice when I booked. They were Using ban saws at 9pm. Banging on things to build walls. It was terrible. I called to complain and it didn’t stop for another hour. This was both nights.

The property was under construction during our stay. Our room was right beside where the work was being done, so at 6am on a Saturday morning we were awakened by the beating of contractors working next to our room. On Friday night and all night Saturday we had to listen to the fire alarm continously go off through out the entire hotel. This was highly inconvenient and not worth the money spent for 2 nights!

We had a suite so we could cook light meals during the rainy days and we couldn’t because the stove top didn’t work. So we had to eat out. Our breakfast Buffett the 1st day was good The next day they didn’t have any fruit, no orange juice, or cranberry juice. The sausage was burnt and coffee center . A little dirty

The accommodations were affordable for our family of 6. Unfortunately the elevator had a very strong odor of marajuana, the refrigerator handles were dirty with food, and the bottle of lotion in on of the bathrooms had some mystery gunk on the lid. Aside from these three things, everything was fine.

This hotel was a mashup of unexpected greats and unanticipated less-goods. The happy surprises: an amazing single lighted basketball court for a bball crazy middle school son! An incredible authentic-Italian pizza/gelato place just a few minutes walk from the property. Breakfast taco items (delicious shreddable pork and pickled jalapenos!) at the breakfast buffet. The less happy: The rooms were a little dated and because of this FELT less clean than usual for this brand, but I believe a renovation is coming. They were out of bars of soap but when I asked they gave me an additional shower gel for the bathroom sink. The bedspreads were a bit scratchy, and there was no bedding provided for the sleeper sofa, but we were too lazy to ask for it. The coffee wasn't great, and (I am a cream person!) there was just artificial half and half with no flavorings. The workout room worked, but was pretty small and the water dispenser was in disrepair.

The hotel is just starting renovations. The beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet. The breakfast was good. Hopefully they add smoking sensors in the renovations. Our guest room smelled like smoke. The pool was beautiful. We would stay here again for sure.
