this is a property that is not up the normal standards of a Hyatt place as far as the condition of the hotel. Lot's of old & broken things in the 2 rooms that we used...the safely latch & door latches didn't work on either door, the sinks had no drain covers, the walls were dirty & scratched, the furniture & bedding needs updating, it was all clean but not in good condition. The employees were wonderful & helpful. The pool needs a major rehab....broken gates & nasty old chairs. The entire hotel looks tired & just old! The location is the only thing it has going for it. I wouldn't stay there again.

We were placed in an accessible room rather than a standard room. I feel I did not receive what I booked. Shower had no water pressure from the wall showerhead and low pressure from the handle showerhead. Hotel is overdue for a renovation.

The staff was friendly and helpful. On Expedia the property is noted to have a restaurant which is why I chose to stay here. It no longer has a restaurant . Additionally the air in the gym was not working any of the 4 days I was there. It was hot and stuffy and made working out challenging. Furthermore the peloton bike in the gym was “offline” the entire period as well. Disappointing!!

Loudest constant noise I have ever experienced in a hotel. The whole facility smells like smoke, and there were random men with backpacks roaming in and out of the property. Everything we took in the room stunk of smoke so bad I washed everything when we left. Will never stay there again, it was a big fooler online.

The room was great. Clean sheets and good in-room amenities. Excellent breakfast. Kind and helpful staff! One thing - I would recommend replacing all carpet with hard flooring, even roll laminate if needed. The carpets in the halls and room are… sticky and odorous. Aside from that everything else was good and we will actively look for Hyatt Place Hotels over others, going forward!

The staff was friendly and courteous. My baby had to do a head surgery early at 4 in morning and the staff was courteous to make sure I got to my car safe. It was raining so she asked to watch the baby in the stroller and told me to pull my car closer as I did park at the back.

The sheets were so worn they had abrasions and we’re so uncomfortable. The overall hotel needs a lot of updating too. But the bedding was very disappointment and kind of felt unclean.

This was not even close to my expectation for a hotel with the Hyatt name. The staff, however, could not have been friendlier or better at providing service. Take the name off and lower it to a 2-star rating and you will be ok.
