Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the private outdoor areas and garage. We kindly ask that you avoid entering the basement/crawl space, as it is reserved for maintenance use only.

Owners must clean up after pets promptly, including in the yard—failure to do so may result in extra cleaning fees.
Keep pets off furniture to prevent damage and excessive cleaning, especially as we also host guests with allergies.
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages.

☞ Do not move any furniture—fees may apply for repositioning.
☞ BBQs or fire pits listed in the amenities are BYO fuel (no propane tanks or firewood provided).
☞ Remove shoes upon entering the home.
☞ No eating in beds to avoid damage to linens.
☞ Excessive mess, waste, or damage beyond normal use will result in additional charges.
Cleaning Standards
We work with professional, independent cleaning companies for every turnover. If the property is left in a condition requiring extra labor or repair, additional charges may be billed on top of the standard cleaning fee.
