“My husband and I rented the house for two weeks, and it was our first time in Sicily. Even before our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Martin (the owner) via email and received a very helpful collection of information about the house, nearby beaches, restaurants, and sights in the area. It was the perfect start! Once we arrived, we were greeted by Martin’s friend Nino, who warmly welcomed us and gave us a thorough tour of the house. “It’s hard to accurately describe how wonderful Livia’s Villa is, so I’ll offer this comment from a friend who arrived first: “It’s like stepping into a dream.” 15 of us traveled from the US and a few points in Amsterdam to celebrate my husband’s birthday. No one wanted to leave.The property is gorgeous, Livia is an exceptional host, the town and many amenities are close by, and Nonna Maria’s dinner on the first night was wonderful. We’d absolutely come back and are already planning our trip! ”

“Ciro est toujours disponible et de bons conseils ! C’est le petit plus du logement qu’on ne peut deviner avec l’annonce. Une semaine dans le logement de Ciro avec notre bébé d’un an. Tous les équipements à disposition pour les enfants. Le jardin est très bien équipé et la piscine est top. Nous recommandons le logement.”

“Wäre besser geputzt und das Schlafzimmer schöner wäre die Unterkunft top. Leider Ist der Schlafkomfort durch die Schlechte und durchgelegene Matratze und die unkomfortabelne Bettwäsche nur 3/10. Jedoch morgens der blick aus den riesigen Glastüren aufs mehr ist wunderschön. 10/10. Küche sowie Außenbereich ist auch top!!”

“We had a great time at Villa Carla, our host Ciro greeted us at different location on the main road so we would find the property, which is tucked just up the hill outside of Balestrate. A perfect location for us, just a 10 minute walk to town through a very quiet neighbourhood so we were able to relax in private and in peace. Ciro took the time to tell us all about the property and how everything worked, then sent us an excellent list of recommendations for the area which was so helpful. The……
