“Communication with the owner was on point. The little house was perfect for my kid and I for a weekend fishing getaway. The was a lot of spider webs around the outside of the house and dead bugs underneath the beds. The owners live extremely close and we’re working on the property while we were there, which threw us off. But other than that, great property!”

“This is a wonderful cottage nestled in the beautiful pines, yet perfectly situated in the heart of Southern Pines/Pinehurst. Lots of loving decor touches and perfectly outfitted -- multiple coffee makers, dinnerware, etc. Hope to return soon!”

“The house was beautiful, could have used sponges in the kitchen and bar soap in the bathrooms. Also the hand soap in the bathroom was very watered down. Probably just a housekeeping issue. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come again. ”

“The house itself was clean and in good shape, however, there is a lock on the thermostat (and no way of telling the temp) so we had 2 miserable nights of sleep. The owner never reached out to us to see how check in etc. went. The surrounding area was unexpected, especially at the entrance to the driveway. ”

“Very comfortable and clean. Location was close and we took the Pinehurst shuttles from the Holly inn which was a 2 minute walk. Plenty of beds and rooms. Kitchen stocked with paper products/ trash bags/paper towels/spices and plenty of cooking and serving dishes. Laundry room stocked with detergent and dryer sheets even a first aid kit that came in handy. The pool table was fun and they had plenty of puzzles and board games. The pool and grill area was perfect and relaxing and pool towels were……

“The butterfly cottage is so super cute!! There were lots of extra amenities provided like a leash lead for our pups outside, bottled water, condiments, some food and snacks, toiletries, bug spray etc which was GREAT! The owner is super responsive kind and helpful and made our stay great! The outside firepit is wonderful but definitely use the bug spray this time of year lol! Also love how close we were to Pinehurst Golf course and Pinehurst village was AWESOME! DEFINITELY recommend this cute……
