“Reception Joy is super nice and very an efficient girl. I travelled with an elder, Joy carefully and considerately arrange a room for us without walking too far. Housekeeper Fang well tidy up our room:) All staff were friendly, helpful started from reception, club lounge, poolside bar and Makan restaurant We used all the facilities. Well experience:)”

“Pros - room sizes is big. - lobby is new and with indoor kids play area - breakfast is only SGD15 for each one and various food choices - there is another larger playroom in next building - 7-11 at ground floor - 5 minutes walk to MRT station or bus stop - quite a lot of facilities in hotel, gym, swimming pool and etc. Cons - building should be old, so the room is not so clean but not dirty - soundproof could be approved - location is not so convenience, the nearest restaurant outside the hotel……

“飯店位於商場上方, 地處鬧區, 不論飲食或是交通都很方便. 櫃檯服務人員服務請切, 入住流程順暢, 房間舒適乾淨, 空間足夠, 有提供簡單的餐具及客客廳空間, 很適合一群朋友或一家人入住. 入住過程中雖然發生空調漏水的情形, 但櫃檯經理積極協助處理及關心, 在無法修復的狀況下幫我們更換房間, 很在意顧客的感受及安全, 總體而言仍然有很好的入住體驗☺️”

“Location is convenient with malls, restaurants nearby and just 7 minutes walk to Lavender MRT. Very friendly and helpful staff who answered our inquiries politely. Room is a bit small and needed some renovation to upgrade the hotel. Though there are a few elevators, yet guests are normally have to queue up for taking elevators to their room floors.”

“location is good，the hotel is near to Chinatown，and there is a McDonald one block away.but there is one problem of the room，the water leaking from window when raining.”

“Overall a nice stay experience. Conveniently located with lots of restaurants, and a large supermarket nearby. The only drawback is that people start working and vehicles running in the ally in the early morning. Quite noisy if your room is close to the ally.”
