“Despite requesting airport pick up on arrival. No one was there to pick me up. Very frustrating after arrival from a series of long flights”

“For the price paid - everything was adequate. The pool wasn't functioning, though I think it is suitable enough, weather-wise to justify its opening. The room was better than the internet-pictures suggest. The shower was big and there was a fridge, TV, and kettle, along with tea. The single bed was wider than most singles which is a plus, and the window view was better than most. The place seemed in need of some maintenance which is no-doubt in similitude to other hotels given the last two……

“安価な割に施設はきれいで清掃が行き届いています。周辺の治安や利便性が良く非常にコストパフォーマンスが良いです。ホテルスタッフのホスピタリティがとても高いです。アパートメントを選択する目的に貯まった洗濯物を洗濯する事があります。肝心の洗濯機がありませんでしたので、事前に通知いただけると洗濯機がある部屋に変更できるはずでした。次回以降は教えてください。”

“The front staff said they couldn't find my reservation. I told them the reservation number but they said they couldn't keep finding it. Eventually they said they would check later and gave me a room but it was very unpleasant.”

“Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor……

“Otel temiz, personel ve şefleri gayet ilgili, müşteri ilişkilerinde güleryüzlü ve kibar. İş seyahatinde her türlü ihtiyacınızı eksiksiz karşılayabileceğiniz bir otel. Spa ve havuz tesislerini bizzat deneme şansım olmadı ama onlar da tertipli görünüyordu. Sorun aramak için çok fazla yüksek beklentilerde olmak lazım.”

“Excellent vacation location, with beautiful mountains as the perfect backdrop. Very friendly and helpful resort staff. Only minor issue was slow service in the main restaurant. My wife and I sat at a table for about 20 minutes waiting for staff to acknowledge us. Also, Pinacoladas my wife ordered had very little, if any alcohol content.”
