I checked in early Saturday morning and had requested a quiet room away from foot traffic. The front desk staff kindly provided extra pillows. After arriving, I went to bed as I was waking up early to ski. However, from 3 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., the woman in the neighboring room loudly argued with her partner, preventing me from sleeping. Despite using a fan for white noise, the yelling was too loud. I went skiing but was too exhausted to perform well. When I informed the front desk, I was told the guests had checked out. However, when I returned around 8:30 p.m., the arguing resumed, confirming they hadn’t checked out. I was too tired to confront the staff about not moving my room or offering a solution, so I played white noise through my phone to drown out the noise. I would normally leave a good review to let other skiers boarders know about the place but unfortunately I can't. Bad customer service, owner not being honest and accommodating to a customer who only wanted a quiet room to sleep for two nights.
