“Absolutely loved this hotel. Clean, elegant, comfortable. We stayed in the patio/jacuzzi suite and it was totally worth it. Amazing views, friendly staff and the location was perfect for visiting and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!”

“When I arrived I was not impressed no parking available and the apts looked like a throw back to stalag 19! The door was hard to open as it had swelled but once inside it was lovely and modern and very bright only problem the smell like sewerage even with all windows open it was same and the place was full so couldn’t move really was bad mentioned it again at checkout and the guy shrugged his shoulders! ”

“Very nice hotel, the room was quite large and clean. Only drawback is that it is a 1.2 mile walk to the old city so there isn't a whole lot going in the area around the hotel.”

“Exterior looks old Interior looks nice Air conditioner is too old, a bit hot at night. (In late June) Breakfast is ok Staff is very fdly and helpful”

“Die Unterkunft wurde kurzfristig und ohne eine email oder sonst eine andere Kommunikation nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich rief an und wollte wissen wie die Übergabe stattfinden soll. In diesem Telefonat wurde mir das Appartement storniert und es wurde behauptet, dass diese Anzeige eigentlich vom Appartment Eigentümer nicht mehr über Expedia online sein dürfte. Der junge Mann sagte, dass es keine Abbuchung geben wird und das dies alles damit in Ordnung sei. Ich stand nun ohne Unterkunft mit……

“Es war alles wie beschrieben. Das Personal vom Check-In bis hin zum Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Anlage sowie der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer über die Donau war perfekt. Bei meinen nächsten Besuch in Novi Sad werde ich bestimmt wieder im Panorama Aqualux übernachten. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team! ”
