A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly.

It's closer to the airport than we thought, only about 3mins by walk. And we love the bed. However, we found some stains on the quilt and the bottom of the hot water bottle was also very dirty. But yes, we still will choose it again if we need.

It was very convenient being on the airport's doorstep despite, as any accommodation being in such a location, its being expensive and the breakfast was expensive. As in any hotels generally, the standard of the refreshments in the room is poor. There was something of a delay in checking in as the receptionist couldn't immediately find the booking but this was not too bad. All in all, an excellent hotel all the same.

Great place to stay. Ideal for the terminal building. Breajfast was great. Food cooked well and buffet style. Pretty well eat as much as you want. Rooms comfortable and well furnished. Would definitely recommend and will stay again next time I fly from Stansted.

Good location on airport grounds but for the price expected better tea coffee toiletries provision etc, and bar drinks more expensive than airport prices - £7.50 a pint of standard lager. Paid a third extra to have a room for 3 (1 adult 2 children) and all they did was bring a camp bed up and pretty much wedge it between the window and double bed in a very small room. I didn't mind but they shouldn't have charged so much extra for that...

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, it’s very conveniently located for STN airport. I have lovely rooms & average rooms. This stay I was a little niggled about poor shower, it had been repaired with ill fitted fittings. Room looked a bit worn. Having said this staff were nice, bar/restaurant service good if a bit pricey. However location as I said is brilliant.
