1st- arrived at checkin time to find out they cancelled my room. I chose the option to pay at property and they decided to charge my card, prior to check-in, i held the room with for the entire stay and it was declined because i had the card locked due to wanting to pay another route. The front desk gal fixed it but come the next morning, my husband gets a knock at the door and was told we need to be out by 11am. I reserved 3 nights and paid for 3 nights so i know we didnt need to be out. I had a meeting that day so i had to step out of my meeting and call the front desk to handle that. Our room was semi remodeled. Window didn't close or lock and no screen so my child could of opened it and could of fallen out. We were on 2nd level. Sink drain plug was broken. Bed was rock hard and more of a fullsize then a queen size. Pool was cold and one of the stairs to the pool was broken. Ceiling was leaking and looked like someone urinated on the floor. Hot tub had black grime around it. Facility just needs a good cleaning. I did see housekeeping cleaning the hallways frequently so that was nice and smelt good in the hallways but there are definitely other areas that need huge improvement

Front desk very friendly and helpful. Checking in was fast. The only negative aspect of the place is that the advertisement online states 24/7 shuttle to airport which is not the case. Shuttle service runs from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm I choose this place for the shuttle service which is supposed to be included in price but my flight is at 6:00 am and there is no service at the time.

I really enjoyed that there are a lot of places to eat nearby. The hotel room was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend it and will be staying again if I return to Bismarck in the future.

My kids loved the pool area and the property was clean and updated. My only complaint was that it did not offer breakfast because the restaurant was not open. We went to Perkins so it wasn’t a big deal. I would recommend this hotel.

Fridge didn’t work, the minute we walked into our room it smelled like gas leak. The pool area should be more accommodating for those swimmers that can’t reach well so they can enjoy the slides and not have to stay in the baby area.

Make sure if you stay here that you clarify if your room is poolside or not. We didn't know there were rooms surrounding the pool area. It was very loud until midnight when the pool closed. This hotel also advertises that they have a 24 hour hotel shuttle. They do not - it only runs from 8 am until 8 pm. We specifically stayed there so my husband could catch a shuttle for his 6 am flight. When we asked the desk staff about it, he just said "oh yeah the internet is outdated." 🙄 I imagine this hotel was once a very beautiful place to stay. However, that was probably decades ago - now it's kinda rundown and sad. Our room was clean (thanks housekeeping staff!) and the check in staff were very friendly, but the rooms are showing their age. I'm pretty sure the bathroom ceiling and shower wall were totally moldy at one point and just got painted over. 😬 Perks are free onsite parking and you're within walking distance of several restaurants and the mall. And if the airport shuttle isn't running, you can get there in just a few minutes with Uber or Lyft.

The website for this hotel said that the shuttle ran to the airport 24 hours a day. It does not. I had to grab an uber. This hotel is well past its prime. The walls are paper thin. Heard the lady cussing up a storm next door which I don’t mind it but, it was loud. Cable box did not work, found it was u plugged so I plugged it back in. Worked for 5 minutes and then stopped working again. I just said screw it and went to bed. Not staying here again. I will say the lady working the evening was very considerate and nice. Even offered to send someone up to fix the TV but, I was not in the mood to deal with it anymore.

The location and pool was the main reason we choose this hotel. But the hotel was really run down and can tell its been used hard for many years. Even updates that had been down were just putting makeup on and not taking care of actual things needing updated. Our heat/ac didnt work and wad 78* in our room unless we had the door to the hallway wide open then we could get it down some. But with wrestling kids, hockey kids and a bike show at the hotel the noise was crazy. The workout room only 1 piece of equipment would work for us. Having to go to the front desk to get pool towels and not having them available in the pool area was very inconvenient. Next year i wont be going for convince for location to our venue and will be booking elsewhere for better quality.
