“Based on whats available in the area this is the best hotel available. There are no elevators so lugging two heavy suitcases up to the second floor was a challenge. Staff was accommodating and willing to assist. Good location with restaurants and stores within walking distance. ”

“The top management (so-called GM) was rude to the guest without a systematic car parking arrangement and I was unable to park my car to the hotel carpark on day 2. My room was full of dust mites that made me coughing and badly slept in these 3 nights. The staff didn't make/clean my room in the last 2 days.Therefore I felt very disappointed and got a really hard feeling in this hotel!”
