This house was perfect - spacious, clean, air conditioned, and had a keurig. The host was VERY responsive to questions/texts. It was so much better than staying in a cramped hotel room with two dogs or driving back and forth from our home in Flagstaff. The only thing we couldn't find that we needed was a……

“Our family of 5 with kids ranging 4-12, plus my parents, rented Tina’s beautiful home. We wanted a place to relax, swim, shop, and play and this was perfect! The home was immaculate, exactly as described. Tina’s communication was excellent and we were able to jump into a warm pool upon arrival from the airport. Any small question from speakers to washing machine was answered super quickly. Thank you again, would recommend and stay again!!”

“Our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) spent spring break here. Met all of our needs. Pool was the highlight of the house. Great communication with the owner. He was very understanding, accommodating, and responsive to our requests. House is situated perfectly with morning sun on the pool area and shade in the afternoon. We enjoyed a lot of outdoor time. Nice to have a house that actually had a pantry that you could use. Close to Walmart and Costco. Could not have chosen a better place.……

“Beautiful home with plenty of games and activities for the big kids and adults. Lots of seating indoors and outdoors. Only regret was not requesting the pool to be heated, which unknowingly included the hot tub. Plenty of towels though if you are able to enjoy the pool and spa.”
