"This is my only complaint......I understand keeping up with shoveling during a snowstorm but the stairs leading to the parking area were solid snow and ice and not once did i notice them cleared on the several times I came and left the property."

"Pool is not heated and is pretty cold. Water in the hot tub smells like metal and the water in the showers is not great. The hot tub jets don’t really have any strength to them and isn’t too hot.
