“We had such a nice stay. The cabin was really cute and sitting outside on the lanai eating the most delicious homemade farm to table breakfast every morning was such an incredible treat! Their garden is amazing with everything they grow. And I especially loved starting each morning looking at the horses and the chickens while drinking coffee. Viktoria and her family were very hospitable and offered recommendations on kayaking locations since we were there on a busy weekend and Rainbow State……

“We absolutely loved staying here! It was in the quiet back side of the neighborhood. The floor plan was open and spacious with a large screened in porch with comfy seating. Which is where we spent our morning listening to the birds chirp while drinking coffee. The kids got to enjoy the air hockey table the whole time and there was plenty of usb chargers for their electronics too! So win on that part as well! “From booking to speaking with Trevor, the owner, everything went smoothly. Home was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything needed. It was a very pleasant surprise to find that the cleaning lady left us fresh baked cookies as well left our sweet fur babies baked bones. Large ones for our Sophia and small ones for our little man Sampson. We were arriving after dark and they took time to go back and leave lights on for us. I highly recommend staying with them when traveling to Crystal……

“Our family traveled to Crystal River with 2 other families and shared the Million Dollar Mansion. It was perfect for our 6 adults and 5 teens/tweens. The house is perfectly split between upstairs and downstairs. The bunkroom downstairs fit our 5 kids and the grownups got the upstairs bedrooms. The big dining room table was great for shared meals and board games. The location, on the water, is gorgeous. We saw so much wildlife (manatees!) from the dock and while using the paddleboards and kayaks.……

“The property was as the description described. The location was conveniently located, however the road noise was loud. The property renovations seemed unfinished, could use some cleaning of doors and walls. The mattresses in front and middle bedroom need replaced. The kitchen had a good selection of tools. The yard could use some attention.”

“Wonderfully private cabin with everything you need, and then some. Very clean home, comfortable bed. There’s a large loft with two more beds, but we only used the downstairs. We didn’t have time to use all of the amenities that came with this cabin, but really enjoyed the community park with water access! Groceries, gas, and KPHole is just down the road, and Rainbow Springs is a very short drive. We even went into Homasassa Springs and found a wild animal (think sanctuary for eagles!, red……

“It was very relaxing. Loved sitting out in the porches and listen to the wildlife at night. Great location on the river! I would recommend eating at Swampys restaurant just down the road. Also make time to explore the river via kayak or renting a boat just down the road. ”
