“We had a great stay at the Cozy condo! The owners thought of everything. It was a great location for our visit to Red Rocks! Both stores and restaurants were near by. Would definitely stay there again!”

“We had a great stay! The property had so many amenities that I feel like the description didn’t mention, like racquet ball, pickle ball, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. We loved that it was so pet friendly and we saw that many people staying had dogs. The only negative, is that we thought this was a ground floor unit as what is listed in the name but the unit is actually on the second floor. We try to book ground units so it’s easy to bring the dog in and out without having to bring him through……

“The location within Zephyr lodge slopeside was idea. Close to the slopes and all the village access. Easy enough to stop back for lunch midday. The pull out couch with memory foam mattress was more comfortable than you could imagine. Overall, great stay and great property. Would do it again.”
