The Space:
Experience the enchanting charm of Black Mountain in our spacious 5-bedroom custom-built home, offering stunning views and just a stone's throw away from Lake Tomahawk. Designed with your comfort in mind, our home boasts vaulted ceilings, contemporary decor, and an abundance of space for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. Upon entering, find yourself immersed in a warm, inviting living room with a plush sleeper sofa, perfect for movie nights on the flat-screen TV. Adjoining the living area is a dining space featuring a grand table – ideal for enjoying group meals or engaging in game nights. Cook up delectable dishes in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a regular coffee maker and top-quality appliances. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, TV, and a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, while the only bathroom located upstairs is accessible through the master bedroom. The downstairs area includes a third king-size bedroom, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, a fifth bedroom with a full-size bed, a full bathroom, and a laundry area. Our home is equipped with modern amenities such as WiFi, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer, and essential items to ensure a comfortable stay. Step outside to the expansive covered front porch, featuring a delightful porch swing for leisurely afternoons. The backyard is perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying nature, with a charcoal grill, firepit, and a soothing hot tub.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home with an easy self-check-in process using the smart lock system. Free parking is available on the premises, accommodating up to 5 vehicles. Please note that there is a guesthouse further down the driveway, rented out long-term. Ensure not to block this driveway when parking your vehicles.
The Neighborhood:
Houses are spaced out. Please respect our neighbors and be quiet from 10pm-8am especially while outside or if the windows or doors are open.
Getting Around:
Driveway can accomodate 5 vehicles. 4 wheel drive is not required... all roads to the house are paved. The driveway is a little steep and could be icy in the winter but it is pretty rare that it wouldn't be accessible.
Car is best but Uber and Lyft are available with about a 20 minute wait. This is a good option if you do not want to try to park downtown.

Our property is perfectly situated, just a short walking distance from Lake Tomahawk. Take advantage of the beautiful surroundings, Veterans Park, Black Mountain Escape, and the Black Mountain Town Square. The next important holidays, such as Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving, are perfect opportunities to gather your loved ones and celebrate in our serene and picturesque setting. For dining options, we recommend exploring downtown Black Mountain, where you'll find an array of restaurants, bars, and cafes catering to all tastes. Local favorites include My Father's Pizza & Pasta, FRESH Wood Fired Pizza & Pasta, and Louise's Kitchen for a delicious breakfast.
