“An amazing little town with such an adorable lodge at the heart of it. The owner was so sweet and kind. This was our favorite stay throughout our 8 day cross country trip from VA to WA.”

“It's not the Waldorf Astoria but that wasn't the intent. If you're looking for a clean friendly stay in a beautifully walkable setting this is it. Apart from the somewhat dated accomodations (hey, it was a tad rustic but it evoked pleasant feelings of nostalgia for this 60-something boomer) I couldn't have asked for a quiter room nestled on the shore of a beautiful lake (well, reservoir) and park. Plus we had the added benefit of being there outside of the tourist season. I'll be back.”
