"Clean and modern hotel - only 1 issue: Because we booked with Expedia, the receptionist embarrassedly informed us, overnight parking was £20 (!) - yet for the customer in the check-in queue before me, parking was £10, as they bought their room on the Hotel's website. - this seemed incredibly unfair. ..."

"The hotel is magnificent, the rooms are ultra modern but the initial welcome from the female receptionist left a lot to be desired. We arrived at 3pm on Saturday to be greeted by a very sultry lady who informed us that she needed to take £100 pre authorisation, which we did not have an issue with. ..."

"The owners where lovely the ladys son was very helpful,carrying my friends case up the stairs,helping late at night etc.Room was very clean,comfy beds .I would stay here again Thankyou Highly recommended."
