A very unique property. Non descriptive building upon arrival. One inside the architectural design was amazing. Exposed beams throughout, including the rooms. Exposed brick room walls and spacious rooms. However, sound insulation not good. Can easily hear other guests voices and tv’s. Rooms could use a little more bright lighting and a full length dressing mirror. Bed are extremely comfortable and amenity’s adequate. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only real issue being the hotel is close to railroad tracks and train passes 2-3 times at night, whistle blowing thought town. If back in area would definitely consider a return stay

We loved this hotel and the surrounding area. It’s about 5 miles off I-81 and well worth the short drive. Very clean and a beautifully renovated old hotel. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and will return when making our treck to DC. from the deep south.

This hotel is a beautifully restored historic building that was formerly a factory and or warehouse. It has the convenience of free parking, wifi and breakfast included with each stay. Rooms have nice views, refrigerators, comfortable beds and nice fixtures. As a true factory town, this hotel has an active railway line running by it, so it has moments that are not quiet. The town is at a point where it is working hard to recover from a number of setbacks and I hope that it continues to rebuild.

Nice overnight stay!

The room wasvery large,especially the bathroom area with two separate sinks which made it convenient for both of us. The room is unique with exposed beams and bare bricks which we liked the looks of.

Stopped by this place on a recent road trip for an over night stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The place is gorgeous and the town is charming. Well worth the slight detour from the highway to enjoy your night. Make sure you make dinner arrangements elsewhere seeing as there are no dining options in the area. DO NOT STAY! TRAIN WILL BLAST OUT LOUD SINGAL

DO NOT STAY HERE!! TRAIN WILL WAKE YOU UP ALL NIGHT LONG. at 2am, 3am, 4am. The primary purpose is to provide a place to sleep. The fact that it was beatiful inside didn't help. Unfortunately, sleeping here was impossible. As a customer, I had a right to know about this issue beforehand. We checked in at 11 PM, and as soon as we fell asleep, we were repeatedly woken up by a train passing right next to the window, blasting its loud signal. It should be ILLEGAL to have hotels next to train stations!
