“Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money.……

“Our host Aaron was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. The cabins were just right and comfortable enough for a relaxing evening after being gone all day. “Fantastic experience. It simply exceeded our expectations. Rooms were great and the host provided exceptional tips and advice for area amenities and services. The location to either entrance of Glacier National Park was perfect. We were easily able to access Apgar/Lake McDonald on the west, and was only minutes away from Two Medicine. “Very clean and all you need. Bed was good. No TV which bummed out my hubby! Twisted my ankle slightly hiking, so never made it down to the bottom of the waterfall. It looked very inviting, but the trail looked pretty steep. Close to East Glacier and good eats! Train is close, but no whistles so it wasn't a bother.”

After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
