“My entire family enjoyed our time at Hat Ranch. The house was amazing. The game riom was a big hit with the younger adults.I, as the resident Grandma, especially enjoyed the several quiet places to sit and read, both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. We cooked most of our meals there so that was great.We enjoyed the wildlife also. Thank you.”

“This was the perfect stay for old friends just needing a getaway from the stress of daily life. The home had everything we needed. It was just a few minutes to a grocery store and restaurants. We basically spent 3 days floating in the wonderful pool while reminiscing about the “good ole days”. I didn’t necessarily get the recharge that I needed because when I got home I spent the next week just wanting to go back. Anyone needing a peaceful, relaxing stay should book this place. ”

“Overall, it was great ! The western decor was excellent. The goodie basket they left for us was amazing. The hot tub was just the thing we needed to relax and enjoy! The Victrola was a nice touch. Furnishings were very comfortable and adequate. The only two things we would have changed is the hardwood floors were squeaky and the only TV available were apps. ”

“I love this house. It was my second stay in it with my two small dogs. The owner always has everything ready for your stay. The house is located in a safe historical area of Ponca City. It is convenient to everything. The house has is large enough for a small family. It has a nice game/TV room. The owner is always quick to respond to any questions you might have. “This beautiful home was so cozy and such a nice welcome to Oklahoma. Booking was hassle free and the keyless option made everything so easy. The house was decorated so cute and was very clean. It had everything we needed. Coffee, kitchenware, bathroom supplies and plenty of extra towels, washer & dryer, and snacks too. There was a tv in each room and games for added entertainment. The host made everything so easy and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Truly felt like a home away from home.……
