We loved our experience at the Swan Paradise. The breakfast was wonderful but needed a bit of variety. The location is beautiful and remote, not near any of the tourist locations. It is a great place to relax.

写真通りでとても素敵な施設でした！ 広い敷地内には動物や美しい植物がいっぱいで、手入れが行き届いており、どこで写真を撮っても素敵な写真が撮れるし、マイナスイオンを感じられます。ごちゃごちゃした都会よりも田舎っぽい雰囲気が好きな人にはとってもおすすめです。 あとはなんと言ってもホテルのスタッフさんがみんなとても親切でした！^^ 設備面はシャワーの温度が安定しなかったのだけが残念でした。初日は水シャワーを浴びることになり、翌日はお湯は出ましたが途中から水しか出なくなり、、（ ; ; ）時間帯や使用量にもよるのかも？ あとは他の方も書いてますが、アクセス面は良くはないです。ウブドの街まで繰り出すのに車で1時間弱はかかります。Grab必須です。 Grabピックアップ場所のゲートまではホテルの方が連れて行ってくれます。 行き先と時間は決まってますがホテルからもシャトルバスの送迎はありました。 朝食は美味しかったです。朝食会場の景色も素敵でした。 おかげさまで思い出に残るバリ島旅行になりました！ありがとうございました♡

Bear in mind the resort is located in Gianyar. So it is further away from Ubud, Kuta, Seminyak and Uluwatu. It can take up to 1-2hours via Grabcar. Overall, our one bedroom deluxe was beautiful and most things were provided. Their pools were refreshing on a hot Bali day.

We stayed 2 nights at 3 bed rooms family villa here. Staff service; The staff’s hospitality was excellent. They thoughtfully suggested therapeutic meals and ginger tea for my son and daughter, who had Bali belly. Even though we stayed for only two nights, they remembered our faces and provided sincere and attentive service. Restaurant; The view from the restaurant was stunning. The menu for breakfast buffet doesn’t have so many dishes, but for me, some breads, cereal, or goren are enough for breakfast. If you want more, you can choose by menu book. Facility; There was also a large pool, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time there. If you want walking in this resort, here has enough large for walking around.

This resort appropriately has Paradise in the name. Everyone and everything was amazing. The property looks exactly like it does online, which is rare. My best friend and I stayed in the three-bedroom villa with private pool for eight days (12/30/24 - 01/06/25). The staff was helpful, attentive, and responsive. We stayed in the Bliss Villa and it was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The villa has two indoor rooms, both upstairs, each with its own bathroom and soaking tub. The third bedroom is next to the pool. It also has a bathroom with soaking tub. There is a half bath downstairs off the living room area and a small kitchen complete with sink, hot plate, microwave, and refrigerator. I mention all of this because it was a little hard for me to find this information online. The property looks like Fantasy Island, well maintained, beautiful landscapes and flowers everywhere. It is not all-inclusive but complimentary breakfast is served daily. They do serve the same breakfast every day so after eight days I longed for variety. There is only one restaurant on the property but there is a good selection of options and it is all reasonably priced. The hotel is 1 hour 20 minutes from the airport so we opted to use the hotel's transportation. It cost $28 USD one way. Our driver was amazing and we used him for the rest of our trip. The staff was great but I'd like to mention Devi, Tini, Sutra, and Ayu by name. If you ever get the chance, I highly recommend staying at Swan Paradise.

It was far away from the sightseeing places and It was raining the whole time. However, the spa was great, buffet breakfast was nice every morning, the staff were very friendly and kept our room neat and tidy. Prices were fair. The surrounding areas that they offered by free shuttle were nothing to scream about; Keramas beach and Sanua. All in all good holiday!

Things I liked: It’s a large resort with 3 swimming pools. Really nice views. The people are very friendly. Lots of different sculptures everywhere. Delicious Balinese food. Issues: Couldn’t take a normal shower. They upgraded me to a large room that was not listed online when I arrived. However, I found out the water in the shower couldn’t get hot in the first night. So I moved to the deluxe double room (which I originally booked) the next day. Although the water can get hot in this new room, it can’t maintain a stable temperature and pressure. I mentioned this the next day when they asked me about the new room. I was told someone will come and check it. Not sure if they did check it in my absence. But the poor shower condition remained throughout my stay. I hypothesised that the unstable water temperature was due to others in the building using hot water at the same time. So I tried a different shower time each night, ranging from about 7pm to 11pm. The water temperature fluctuates no matter when I take the shower. It is a lovely place overall, but taking shower is a basic need. So I wouldn’t recommend unless they fix the shower. Another minor problem is there are locals burning something nearby everyday, which you can smell from many places in the resort (e.g. pools and restaurants). It’s a bit inconvenient if you don’t use WhatsApp, but the staffs in the restaurant are very helpful, I can always ask them for help.

Swan Paradise…. een echt paradijs. Een prachtige setting, perfect onderhouden fauna en flora, personeel om U tegen te zeggen. Hoewel wij 14 dagen met plezier hebben verbleven in Swan kan ik jammer genoeg geen 5 sterren geven. Dit komt vooral door de locatie. In de buurt is er niets, je bent bijna verplicht om een scooter of taxi te nemen. Het hotel biedt hiervoor wel een gratis shuttle service aan, dus dat is een goede oplossing. Wijzelf raden zeker een scooter aan, let wel op: verkeer is wild. Neem alleen een scooter als je dit al eens hebt gedaan. In de nabije omgeving is er dus niets te vinden, hierdoor is het gemakkelijk om in het hotel te eten. Jammer genoeg rekenen ze in het hotel echt woekerprijzen aan tegenover elders. Het eten was altijd lekker, maar te duur. Ze vragen voor een biertje 75k, wat het dubbele is van elders op Bali. Voor het personeel kan ik niet genoeg sterren geven: vriendelijk, altijd paraat en ontzettend lief. Soms vonden we de interacties een beetje too much, ze wilden graag iedereen bij naam kennen en de gasten leren kennen. Hierdoor moet je 100 keer hetzelfde vertellen en je hebt het gevoel dat ze een verplicht vragenlijstje afgaan. Kamers waren in orde, telkens proper. Als je iets nodig hebt of je hebt een vraag kan je telkens via Whatsapp een berichtje sturen en je hebt direct antwoord! Houdt er rekening mee dat er soms evenementen zijn in het hotel die voor wat overlast kunnen zorgen. Voor de rest was alles dik in orde.

Loved our stay. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. We were able to organise anything we wanted through WhatsApp (tennis, massage, laundry, hotel transfers) and they were always available to help. Dining options were excellent. The cost was more expensive than out and about we felt good value against eating out at home. There was a good range of cuisines to try and always tasty. The pools are good sized and we were fortunate to stay during a quiet time so had them to ourselves more often than not. The gym is usable but more of a 'hotel fitness centre' than full gym.
