“Although not a fancy 5 star hotel, the Fern Ridge was a very pleasant surprise! We had expected the lower rate to mean a small room without much comfort, but found the friendliness of the staff to go above and beyond what one would receive at ANY rated hotel. “We had a wonderful experience staying with 4 other families in this house. The 7 bedrooms were all a good size and there was plenty of space for all of the adults and kids to sleep (we had 19 guests). The basement was a perfect hangout spot for the kids where they spent two straight days playing games (pool, air hockey, shuffle board, and cards).
