"this property was great for our needs, however, we could not find extra toilet paper, paper towel, the outlets in the bathrooms did not work and there was no salt and pepper in the kitchen, other that that we had a great time. My family loved all the mounted animals."

"I went there to fish and needed a place that was close to where I needed to be and was a good price. The house was modest and in a modest which was fine with me - it had everything I needed inside and was clean. The water had a yellow slight yellow color and odor I guess that’s how it has to be treated ..."

"Beautiful setting amongst the cottonwoods and nearby river. Conveniently close to quality waters to fly fish. Inside was clean and decorated nicely. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a day's fishing. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our meals."

"The house is roomy enough for 4 adults. The only reason for 4 stars is the amenities could have been better. Could have use a large frying pan and some larger bowls for snacks and such. The kitchen had very few cooking items. Very limited in glassware. All the toilets took forever to fill back up ..."
