"Great value for money so I didn’t have high expectations. Our room was a decent size family room on the second floor, nice and clean. I would say the only real problem was the pillows. They were very flat and lumpy. Obviously been through the wash 100 times. Also the shower head wouldn’t stay in ..."

"The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train.
