They advertise it as « brand new » but it has to have a year or two. Cleanliness of the floors and the kitchen should be improved but overall a very noce stay with the family. ”

Plenty of room for a large family and options to many outdoor activities like walking, kayaking, swimming, and running. Great ocean access area for small kids to play.
