“Host was very kind and quick to respond to our early arrival request. Would recommend this property. ”

“The apartment was newly renovated and clean, although can improve floor cleaning. The place has essential supplies, not an actual kitchen. I appreciated mew washer and dryer in basement location. The place doesn't has hair dryer. I wish some improvement with hallway lighting at the entry way, since it was very dark even during day time. It took us a while to get acquainted with the neighborhood. The location was good, proximity to Buffalo center and convenient to get things done and well……

“This place was immaculate! Our host was the nicest lady the place was impeccable. We were there for borderland festival for the weekend. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Property was not as advertised. The house was a little dated but it did have fresh paint and new floors and also new appliances. The porch steps were a little rickety and both doors had at least an inch of space under them.”

“Clean space, friendly helpful host. There is no parking at the property but we had no issues with finding street parking close. Stayed for a Bills game about a 30 uber ride to the stadium which isn’t bad. House is older but it’s just fine for what it is. Would stay again.”

“Great place for friends to gather. Spacious bedrooms. And lots of space to hang and chill, cook, eat, watch a game, etc. Owner was great communicator.”
