“Our family of 6 stayed very comfortably in the Flamingo House. It was perfectly New England coastal without the craziness of the Cape and bridges. Can't beat the location! Our 3 generations family enjoyed the quiet area, just a short walk the busier Onset Village. The teenagers had so much to do with all the amenities like e-bikes, jacuzzi, and water and sports equipment. ”

“This little pretty place is very quiet and comfortable and has an access to a small private beach. The owner of the property was very friendly and accommodating. However, Vacasa created issues with the access and locking of the entrance door. I spent half a day not being able to leave the place and even get food and had to call them multiple times, wait and so on. Vacasa was not responsive and not knowledgeable and gave me the wrong instructions. They did not even notify owners of a partial……

“This review is for the one bedroom, water front cottage (sister property). The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. I rely enjoyed the SMEG fridge and tea pot! Kellie was such a gracious host. The property is on a working boat yard so there will be people in and out. We were not bothered by this at all. Everyone was very friendly and non intrusive. “We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. ”

My sense is it has been recently remodeled and has a new feel. The multiple window air conditioners were much appreciated during the hot days this past week.
