Great location

The home was in a great location for our hunting trip. Just down the road from the new Buc-ee’s. The home was very nice and beds were comfortable! The open living room and kitchen were great as well. I would highly recommend this home for a trip to Springfield!

Home away from home

We had to come to town for my mother’s funeral. Blissfully Serene home was a perfect place for our family. The home was clean, well stocked with things you need while away from home and it was peaceful in the home as well as the neighborhood. They even had a vase of fresh flowers on the living room table. The owners paid special attention to details and were pleasant and quickly responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend this home away from home.

Excellent!

Everything was very good, we were extremely pleased. Everything worked as it should, we made use of the back yard playing cornhole (brought our boards), had a campfire in the fire pit, and grilled with the charcoal grille. Proximity to Springfield was excellent, house is in a nice area with beautiful countryside. Our wifi stopped working one evening and before I even reached out to him, Razvan texted me to let me know it was down and how to reset it at the GFI - excellent support and it was a simple fix. We were very happy with our choice to rent this place for the week.

Home away from Home

When we arrived to the house, it felt like home immediately. We so enjoyed the whole house. The only recommendation we have is to have the baby bed moved to one of the other bedrooms. The master bedroom shower was spraying a little water sideways, but I let Ravvan know about it for him to repair before next guests. We cooked in the kitchen, we used the washer and drier, I used the desk in the spare bedroom... we used the whole house. Even the garage. We hope to be able to return again next time we come to visit our family there in Springfield. Thank you Razvan and Ann for lending your house to us! Great stay!

Plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows. Well stocked kitchen and comfy living space. The garage was super convenient when the temps dropped below freezing. Great place to stay!

Just what we expected!

I’d read reviews & felt comfortable booking this property. It was exactly as described. The property manager was very responsive. I have a family member that’s on a pretty restrictive diet. Having a property like this with the equipment we need to be able to prepare healthy meals is so valuable. Their kitchen had anything we needed as far as cookware, service, small appliances, And even storage containers. It was like being at home. Just what we needed for our little getaway

Holiday stay

The location of the house was only a couple miles away from my sisters house which was convenient for our Thanksgiving weekend. The house was clean and had enough space for my family. We were able to do some food prep at the house with the supplies provided in the kitchen. Will definitely keep this house in mind when we come to Springfield again.

Wonderful VRBO

I usually shy away from VRBO that don't have property managers. I have had trouble in the past with responses from owners. This was not the case here, although there really was only one time I needed help, he answered right away. This property was well located for all the things we wanted to do, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The house had many more amenities then I have ever seen, spices, appliances, garbage bags, toilet paper. All the things I thought I was going to need to buy were provided. The house was very clean. The bedding and towels provided were great. I can't say enough good things about this place. The only thing I would add would be some back yard chairs and a table. This was one of our best experiences with VRBO.. Thank you

Our family wedding accommodations

We couldn’t have been more please with this like new, beautiful 3bdr, 2bath home. The managers thought of everything we could need. Like a home away from home. Beautiful and quiet area not too far from amenities of Springfield proper. Comfy beds and the kitchen was amazingly supplied.

Deceived.

My family and I drove 8 hours to enjoy the 4th of July, to find out that there was no water in the property due to a pipe bursting. All of our resources for lodging had been placed into this location. I asked the property manager if they could get us a room for one night, they advised they wouldn’t be able to provide a refund until 3 days later. I told them we had no where else to go, we got into town late and all the decent hotels were booked. And he apologized for the inconvenience and bought bottled water. He offered us to stay in the home with no water since had no place to go and we accepted b/c that was only reasonable choice. First time in the state of Missouri much less Springfield, so we knew nothing about the area. I thought he was refunding us the entire stay per a conversation , but he only offered 50.00 by the end of the stay. We literally had to stay gone from dusk to dawn because we couldn’t shower or we use the restroom. We found a lovely couple who offered their home for us to shower. So this was a HUGE inconvenience You would think all I would hv had to pay was for the cleaning cost but they didn’t offer that. I asked if the could ask for the city to refund our stay and I haven’t heard anything back. I’m sure they were compensated for the inconvenience so why didn’t they work with us. Property was fair outside of the smell of pets but I wouldn’t ever stay here again. I wish I had stayed with the original property. It was a little more expensive but at least we would hv enjoyed our vacation. I normally don’t do bad reviews because I understand things happen but the lack of empathy vs the abundance of greed really surprised me. Property manager was never rude, he just wasn’t accommodating for such an inconvenience.
