My initial concern that the day before check-in I was informed that a friend of theirs was going to be staying in their space downstairs. Nothing was on the listing about two spaces. I was reassured by the homeowner that it would not affect my stay. Honestly, it didn’t. There were sometimes that I heard them in the early morning and evening when they came home. Not……

“Cute cottage that has a lovely location on the river. Surprising amount of space including a comfortable living room and dining room. Host has done a nice job. As others have noted it is very close to a relatively busy road but a white noise machine will help. Short drive to Cornell and hiking /biking trails.”
