二臥室公寓優點環境安靜，空間寬敞，配自由進出車位十分方便，接待人員很熱心解說。 需要改進的是廚房鍋具的不沾鍋都已經過度損壞，刮傷極嚴重，使用不方便丶不健康，應該要更新鍋子比較好;另外，客廳和餐廳的燈具亮度不太足，客廳太暗，無法看書的燈光亮度。
