“Wonderful location. The loft cabin lake house was well supplied including pots and pans and I ended up overpacking after reading previous reviews. Charcoal grill was small but considering it’s not meant for a huge crowd anyways I was able to make a nice meal for family of 4. The hot tub was clean and worked well. The location was 15 minutes down a winding gravel road I was not aware of that. Very peaceful beautiful place to relax and not too far from small town shops. ”

“We had a wonderful week staying at the cabin (two adults, a baby, and a dog). It is the perfect house for a group this size. The easy access to the lake made for seamless swimming and kayaking. For the week of our visit at least, this portion of Lake Monroe seemed basically deserted - we saw only a handful of boats all week. It was a quiet, serene escape. As others have noted, the driveway is very steep and definitely requires 4-wheel drive. The walk from the house to the lake is also steep and……
