It was quiet and private, situated at the end of an inlet on Boone Lake. We loved our stay, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area. ”

“My stay was all I hoped it would be. Peaceful, good weather, quiet except for the occasional cow moo and the distant laughter of children playing across the river. Saw different kinds of wildlife, beaver, turtles, ducks and deer. And to the lady across the river who was singing, you have a beautiful voice! ”

“Let's start off with the positive. Very clean and attractive small home close to the town center. The negative. If you like being monitored, then this is the place for you. Within 3 hours of checking in we received a very curt email stating that we were in violation of the rental agreement for occupancy and that we had one hour to respond. Apparently the owner watches you through the doorbell cam. My son and his girlfriend had stopped by the home to eat dinner with us that evening and instead……

“OMG, this cabin and its location is the best kept secret in Tennessee and Virginia. We have stayed at B&Bs/vacation rentals for the last 15 years (dozens) and this rates at the very top.
