“This property was a working farm and we stayed 4 nights in a house over 100 years old. We had a large room on the 2nd floor and shared a bathroom with the other guests. We were welcomed by the owner and shown around the house where we could use the living room, kitchen and dining room. It was comfortable and welcoming. The folks working the farm were friendly and it was a delight to see the ducks, cows, goats, chickens and working dogs! A local chef came in the mornings to cook breakfast (duck……

“We brought our 11 month old on her first family weekend trip, and this place was perfect. We love New Hope and know it well, and this was a nice distance from there to accommodate naps and doing some sightseeing. Super close access to the canal trails, and the most awesome porch. We spent most of our time out there when at the rental!”

“We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. We were pleased the room was as pictured. At at first we were concerned when a few things that would make our stay more convenient appeared missing. However, upon getting settled we were relieved to find the room was thoughtfully arranged and contained everything we needed and more. Joanne was a gracious host even greeting us when we arrived much later than planned and I’m sure after she was comfortable and tucked in for the night. Wonderful setting,……

“Wonderful quiet space for visiting the New Hope area. Nicely stocked coffee/tea bar in kitchen including some snacks. Very clean and comfortable. The area had a storm while we were there and lost power but this place has a generator that kicked on and we continued to have power. ”
