“This is a quaint old-style motel with drive up rooms. Right on the main highway and close to the PA Grand Canyon. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating, and because she is a local resident, she knew a lot about the area. The highway can be a bit noisy at night but with the fan running on the air conditioner, the traffic noise was drowned out. The beds are very comfortable and home made breakfast was delicious. We would defiantly stay here for our next Pine Creek Gorge adventure.”

“This historic hotel is charming in every way. The double beds are a little small as we know. Although the mattress was comfortable, it does tend to roll you to the middle. Pillows are comfortable. Everything is clean overall wonderful stay”
“My husband and i went away for a few days and stayed at Sherwood Motel. Our room was immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable. Although, i felt more towel hooks would have been nice, it did not hinder our stay. Would definitely stay again!”
