“Beautiful place right on the river.”

“Great, short stay at Mike's place. Cabin was cozy and had great amenities. Host communication was prompt and efficient. Would highly recommend.Two downsides:#1 - we couldn't stay longer!#2 - dogs across the street are kind of noisy...but that's not on Mike, just the nature of dogs.”

“The house is older but it is located in nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. It had everything we needed. There were lots of kind extras that were not expected, but definitely appreciated. We were not in the house very much because we were at an event at the lake; however, we were able to rest a bit each evening before bedtime and utilized some of the games and living area. It was very comfy. The house was easy to find with a level driveway and carport. The owner was quick to respond to questions……

“This is a great place to stay! The location is perfect for walking to explore the cute shops and restaurants on state street as well as the live music on the weekends. The room was cozy and cutely decorated. We will be booking again when in the area! ”

“This was perfect for our trip. It was close to everything and plenty of room for the three of us. Sara and Marvin were great to work with and Sara even left muffins as a welcome which were delicious! I would definitely recommend and should we be back in Johnson City I will be booking here. ”

“Wonderful stay! We enjoyed walking our dog by the river and on the well maintained grounds. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the river from the balcony each morning with coffee. The Laurel cabin was cozy with everything needed to feel like home away from home. ”

“The cottage was peaceful and a perfect place to send my parents to relax. The check in process was a bit odd, the cottages are not clearly marked, they had to guess which cabin was theirs and try their code. Otherwise, this place was perfect. Cozy, clean, and the hosts were quick in response and great hosts! ”

“The VIEW! From the moment we walked in the door until the time we left, our stay here was fabulous. The kitchen has all modern, high quality appliances, with everything you could need. The home was decorated with an on point trout theme, and was so clean! It’s obvious the owners take pride in providing a top-notch place to stay. And did I mention the VIEW??!”

“The cabin is well maintained and very pleasant place to stay. Be sure to read the Host's manual, although he regularly checks in on VRBO to see how you are doing. Be sure to bring a vehicle that can handle the road leading up to the cabin. Although there is a wide spot where you can park and walk a bit. Very easy.Great place to stay; I highly recommend checking it out.”

“Our stay at the Wright Place was amazing! I cant say enough about our stay! Doug and Lynn was so nice, accommodating, and very thoughtful! It was both my husband and my birthdays and they had us a birthday gift with a birthday card! Just unheard of anymore, especially when we have never met until our visit! Like i said, i cant say enough or better still, i could write a letter about how accommodating they were to us and it would take too long, so all i want to finish saying is....we met new……
