“The cleanliness, location, free parking and included breakfast make this place a 5 star stay. It’s a 5 minute walk to the cliff walk and 15-20 to Thames Street. The inn keepers were hospitable and always reachable - they even lowered the temp when we asked. Stay here if you are looking for a B&B that is reasonably priced compared to others in Newport. ”

We spent two evenings sitting at the fire pit enjoying the peace & drinking a glass of wine (lovely afternoon wine & snacks provided!). We loved our room - the decor was stunning - so many special touches. Breakfast was also a treat! Can’t wait to come back! Truly a special place!”

“We had a wonderful stay here. Breakfast was delicious. Assorted pastries, quiche, fruit, overnight oats, coffee. All wonderful. We stayed in the Beach House on the 2nd floor. It was like a little apartment. Beware though. If you have any issues walking steep stairs you may want to stay on the ground floor. There are no elevators so this was a bit difficult but we were able to manage. There is no front desk, so you need to check in via text which was fine. They could have been a little more……

“While there is no elevator, this hotel is a wonderful choice. It is not far from the shopping and dining in the area. Ubers are a great option rather than $12/hr for parking when you go down to the water front.”
