“We loved our stay. The studio was cozy and we loved the natural gas fireplace.In addition, the property is in an excellent location. It is very close to downtown Nevada City and has easy access to Highway 49.We had a very relaxing stay!”

“We stayed at Diane’s cabin with our friends and pets for a valentine getaway. Diane is the great host. Not only she showed us the amenities in the cabin, but also gave us lots of recommendations around the area. Especially love her hand drawing map. Definitely would love to come back. And Piper 4ever!”

“It was pretty much as it was advertised no issues at all other than maybe the TV was a little hard to navigate through and I think the back door didn't have a lock on it other than that it was superb”

“Heater was old and did not work. Could use an upgrade. Had to climb a few steps to get to room. Not for guests with mobility issues. Kitchen had a small pot and frying pan but no cooking utensils. Property had no microwave. Room had a large support beam and can be a safety hazard for taller guests. Only 2 regular bath towels provided. At least 4 would have been more convenient. Overall, you get what you paid for.”

“We came to Nevada City to consider relocating and wanted to spend time in a neighborhood and found the property in a lovely location although a few minutes from the commercial district which we decided was a good thing. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating which made us feel welcome and want to return to the home again.”

“I stayed here with my 5 girlfriends for a weekend to celebrate my 50th. After a couple of them left, some of the Dads came up with the kids. The property was spacious with ample bathrooms. Everything was really clean. My friends enjoyed the extra spices that were left behind in the pantry for cooking our meals. We roamed the property near the creek and the kids enjoyed the fair garden. We were finally able to enjoy the jacuzzi right before we left. We can't wait to come back! Just a head's up……

“This cabin is great. It’s a very short drive to downtown Nevada city, maybe 10 min. It’s super cozy and the hot tub is fantastic. Very quiet and private. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace. There’s plenty of towels and extra sheets if needed. Yes, there’s bad cell service and the WiFi isn’t great but they definitely let you know that ahead of time. We were more than fine with that. The owner communication is great. I highly recommend!”

“This property was perfect for our family Christmas. Beautiful all around. The home was cozy and roomy at the same time. Well decorated and everything we needed was there. Plenty of rooms for everyone and the game room was a big hit! Would love to stay here again in the summer.”
