“Overall it was nice, but the listing needs to be corrected.1) Location is not in Green Valley or Gibson Springs. I got this rental because I thought it was close to another family member's rental - not the case. It is east of Highway 11 near Water St in the older section of Henderson. You can walk to several great restaurants on Water St2) As another reviewer mentioned, the bed count is not correct. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size mattress. One bedroom also has a comfortable bunk bed.……

“We came to Vegas to celebrate a Graduation and thought we'd try and save some money by getting a house to accommodate all of us. We had 8 adults and plenty of space. The house is very cute. Well decorated. We would probably stay here again in the future.”

“Inside looked much better than the outside. At first I was kind of scared, but pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, and how the inside was. I was very satisfied with my stay.”

“The place was NASTY AND DIRTY. Too dusty, sliding door doesn’t even close properly. Bed sheets were dirty and obviously used several times. To the owner, at least you try to clean first. My family DID NOT STAY the whole weekend in the place and had to stay is the car for a night and booked a hotel the next day. ”

“We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The pool was a huge highlight—clean, private, and perfect for cooling off during the day. “Cute and cozy small suite with a washer and dryer. The property doesn’t have a hair dryer and only provides a limited number of towels, but overall it was a good stay. I’d stay again if I have the chance!”
