“Perfect size and location for visiting friends and family. The view of the valley is delightful. The unit is attached to the main house but has its own entrance. Clean and comfortable, the room was a bit like a private hotel room in the country. It's a short drive to Verona, Mt. Horeb or to Madison. I brought my dog, who loved the large yard and visiting the nearby dog park. ”

“This property was perfect. It was full of character and even had well cared for house plants. Loved that the patio had a ceiling so we could sit there during the rain. All beds were super comfortable. I just can’t think of anything negative!”

“Very nice, clean, and spacious home on the countryside. We enjoyed the firepit outside and the house is close to a local (small) airport landing strip. Very fun to watch the small Cessna-like planes land and take off. We were able to sleep 9 in 3 bedrooms and a pull out futon as there was room in the bedrooms to have an extra (air) mattress. The only concern was that the dining room table picture on the website shows an 8 top but it is actually a new table with a 6 top, but we managed as they……

The owners are pleasant and provide snacks and refreshments for us upon arrival and were in contact with us about updates and made themselves available in case we had questions. “The property had enough space for our group of 12. The Party Shed was well used. The hot tub was a great size for the kids to have fun - deep enough for somersaults! The beds were comfortable. The workout room was used, the theatre room was great for "down time" - these 2 rooms were accessed through a bedroom. This house has mostly sliding barn doors (every interior door except for 1 bathroom) - so quietness and privacy was compromised. While it was great fun, there were maintenance items that……

“This adorable house has the perfect location! It’s right on the lake and next door to a great spot for cocktails and food. We were immediately impressed with how clean and cute the entire property was-they take great care of it. We were able to bring our boat and use the property’s dock, and the fishing was great. One of the neighbors is a guide, and we took advantage of his expertise and affordable services. We enjoyed the fire pit and deck each evening. The beds/bedding are very comfortable.……
