“We (2 adults and 2 dogs) enjoyed our stay. Accommodation matches the description and photos. You can't see the other cottages so there is a sense of privacy. There is no internet, phone or TV signal so its great for digitial detox. The cabin had tonnes of DVDs, some books and games to keep you occupied. There is a great dog friendly swimming spot a short drive away.”

“Lot of steps to reach property and only way to unload is to carry luggage - for people with arthritic problems like me this is hard. Needs to be made clear in description. Also difficult to negotiate locking the front door behind oneself since the drop to the first step is quite steep. There is only a microwave for cooking purposes, no stovetop - this needs to be made very clear in description. There is no kitchen sink, and washing up in the bathroom was unpleasant, not in keeping with the……

“We chose this place for the features listed on the ad, which I just aren’t there! The courtyard ISN’T fenced and there’s NO aircon which is specifically mentioned in the listing and we were relying on having it. The only heating was the fireplace!We needed a fenced area for our dog, but there’s only a few panels of fence and is mostly open so we had to keep him tied up. It also means there isn’t much privacy, even in the cabin itself. The host was great, and the place is so lovely, but the ad……
